We first met Kimbal in 2011 when he was subcontracted to custom build our kitchen and bathroom cabinets. Kimbal has the creativity of an artist and the hands of a master craftsmen; we were wowed by his work. He also has a gentle spirit and listens carefully to what you are hoping to see and does everything he can to fulfil it. But most importantly he is a man of integrity; we usually get three quotes from contractors on our projects but for our last basement bathroom build we called only Kimbal. We knew his price would be fair. We look forward to working with him again when we are ready to finish our basement.

As the owner of KS Cabinetry, Kimbal listened to all our very general ideas (we are not carpenters!) of what we were looking for with our kitchen reno and came back with plans that far surpassed what we had envisioned! His quote was accurate and we definitely received striking, quality results with his excellent workmanship. The process was collaborative as we were consulted along the way which built a great level of trust between us. Kimbal built my kitchen cupboards and I love them. He drove to my cabin - a 2 and 1/2 hour drive- to measure for them and assist me to plan them. He advised me on the most economical layout. The cost of the cupboards included the measuring, installing, and counter tops and hardware. The price was competitive and reasonable. He was able to build them in a timely manner, and to install them in one day. I highly recommend Kimbal , and I regret not having him build more cabinetry for the entry!
